1Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we supply some free samples of the value under USD20. The buyer should bear all the shipping costs.
2What is the MOQ of your products?
For standard fiber optic patch cables, pigtail, adapter, SFP modules, QSFP modules, PLC splitter and others, we don’t have any MOQ. We only have MOQ for some special customized cable order, we request 1km as the total length of the bulk cable, even your current cable order doesn’t meet 1km, but you can also purchase 1km bulk cable and we can store the remaining bulk cable for your future orders.
3What is your payment terms?
We accept 100% TT ( Telegraphic Transfer) in advance for small orders( value under USD20000). For some big orders, we can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. But for the old customer, we may discuss the credit terms like Net 30 days. For very small orders, we can accept Paypal payment. We are doing the best to match your demand.
4What is the lead time for your regular cable order?
We currently produce around 10k terminated connectors per day, and for a regular volume order, we can even ship the same day or within 3 working days.
5What kind of transportation should I select?
For the fiber optic patch cables products, you can choose air or use your own account of DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx.If you don‘t have the courier account, we can arrange from our side and you pay us together with orders. For big volumes products, We suggest the customer arrange shipment by sea or air, it depends on the order volume and gross weight. We can help you to find the good forwarder to send the goods to your place in good price. Please consult details with our sales representative.
6Do you accept OEM products under our brand?
Absolutely yes, we have been doing OEM services since we start in this business, and for every single label, printing, bag and carton design, we always treat it seriously and do it nicely. We also have our engineers design for your needed products, such as fiber patch panel, terminal box, faceplate and other metal parts, we can even open the tooling for your specific projects.
7Can we become your distributor or agency in our area?
Yes, it is possible if we don’t already have an agency or distributor in your area. The best way is to start the business and approve your good intentions through several regular orders over a period. We will produce very good support to our distributor including samples, prices and other support. Please contact our sales representative for more details.
8This is the first time we do fiber optic business, can you support us?
